Although I had a full list of baby names when I was a little girl, I never felt the call to be a mother. My passion for all things pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenthood didn’t unlock until after the birth of my first baby boy.
I now have 3 very spirited and adventurous boys, with my high school sweetheart,Trey.

I’m always evolving and adding new resources and tools to help my clients throughout their journey. I did my Birth and Postpartum Doula trainings through Bini Birth with Ana Paula and Kathrin Auger. I did my NCS training through NCTA. I also work closely with my mentor, Lori Bregman.

I will be there to support your choices and advocate for you every step of the way. Holding a safe space ,without judgement or shame, for whatever questions and feelings arise. I’m there to guide, and help you unlock and reconnect to your own wisdom.

Newborn Care Specialist
As a NCS, I provide specialized care for newborn babies and assist parents as they grow in their new roles. My intention is to create a calm and nurturing environment, for families to flourish together. I am able to assist in establishing a sleep routine, breast/bottle feeding support and added guidance on newborn development, and postpartum recovery. I'm there as resource, to support you in finding your footing as you embark on the journey of parenthood.
